The Type Approval for Parts (TTG) is a new, harmonized certification for vehicle components within the EU. Starting on June 20, 2025, it will replace the previous component type approvals and general operating permits. With a valid TTG, the vehicle part can be used and marketed throughout the EU without any additional national approval.
